Harbour USA delivers anywhere within the 48 contiguous states and Hawaii. If you are looking to have furniture delivered outside of these locations, please contact us.

When placing an order with Harbour Outdoor, you have 3 shipping options to choose from. To ensure your order is processed without delay, please identify your shipping preference at the time of order along with any special delivery instructions. Ships next day messaging defaults to next business day for weekends and holidays. Harbour Outdoor ships from Carson in Los Angeles, California. Shipping options are found below.

 

RETURNS

Harbour Outdoor wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will allow the return of the product(s) prior to delivery or within 30 days of receiving. Returnable merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with original packaging material and original tagging attached. Refunds will be credited in the same form of payment paid. If merchandise is paid with cash or by check a corporate check will be mailed within 30 business days. All refunds or exchanges for any reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. Special orders require 50% deposit. If the order is canceled prior to the start of manufacturing the order is fully refundable. If manufacturing has begun the deposit is non-refundable. If the order is delivered there is no return. Customer order is defined as any of the following:

DELIVERY OPTIONS
WAREHOUSE PICKUP

Warehouse Pick-Up is available starting at $50 handling fee using a carrier of your choosing. Our warehouse is located in Carson Los Angeles, CA 90746. Please contact customer service at (646) 692-4227 to schedule your pickup in advance. Please note 48 hour notice is required for all Will Calls.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard Shipping provides ground delivery to the curb. Delivery does not include setup of furniture, removing from packaging, placing the product(s) in home/desired location, removing packaging/cartons/wrap from home. For larger orders, this may include a pallet for safer transport. Please be aware that in the case a pallet is needed for delivering of your order, this will not be removed from home upon delivery. Standard Shipping is 2-5 business days for West Coast shipments and 5-7 business days for East Coast shipments from the date of dispatch.

 

PREMIUM WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

White Glove Delivery includes installing and placing items in your desired location by the carrier. The carrier will remove all shipping materials and cartons from home. You will be contacted by your local White Glove Agent to schedule delivery in 4-7 business days for West Coast shipments, and 14-28 business days for East Coast shipments following the date of dispatch from Los Angeles.

The delivery fee is quoted based on the location by ZIP and proximity to our warehouse, the number of pieces of furniture and up to two flights of stairs (20 steps). Deliveries with more than two flights of stairs (20 steps), may include an extra “stairs” charge.

* Many apartment buildings require a COI (certificate of insurance) before delivery. If it is needed, please notify Harbour via your sales person or email us at info@www.harbouroutdoor.com. If we are not made aware, and we are needing to re-schedule, you may be responsible for additional fees accrued.

TEAK

Teak is provided with a 3 year warranty on the structural integrity of the piece. Due to natural variants of the wood, each piece will be unique in texture and color. Warranty does not cover small cracks that naturally occur, oil that may rise to the surface and the weathering if left untreated or maintained.

FRAMES

Your investment in Harbour Outdoor is protected by a 3 year warranty on the faultlessly hand crafted stainless steel OR aluminium used in the construction of each piece of furniture (manufacturing faults and defects only). So you can be assured that each piece will provide years of solid service, long after other furniture has surrendered to the rigours of constant use.

BATYLINE, GLASS AND HPCL

A limited 2 year warranty applies to Batyline mesh and high pressure compact laminate features as well as etched glass (white and taupe).

CUSHIONS

We warrant our cushion construction and fill sold to the original owner to be free from defects in material and construction for 1 year. Defects include: faulty stitching or complete loss of foam shape.

OTHER

This limited warranty provides coverage to the original purchaser and covers normal household usage. Proof of purchase (dated receipt) is required for all warranty claims. The Warranty excludes seasoning of timber or if the frame or any part is damaged by accident or misuse. This limited warranty does not cover – acts of god, fire, freezing, abusive use, fabric cushions, does not cover any damage to or failure of the finish resulting from suntan oil, alcohol or water damage, mould, humidity or incorrect application of chemical treatment or any protective coating by the dealer or consumer, normal fading, scratching, or chipping of the finish, weathering or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage, repair or modifications by consumer, glass breakage, normal wear and tear, or if the frame or any parts are damaged by accident or misuse, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance cleaning or care. It remains the customer’s responsibility for freight and packaging charges to and from our factory. If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, Harbour Outdoor reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality.

DISCLAIMER: NO OTHER WARRANTY HAS BEEN MADE OR WILL BE MADE ON BEHALF OF HARBOUR OUTDOOR, WITH RESPECT TO THE FURNITURE AND ITS PARTS OR THE OPERATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT OF THE FURNITURE AND ITS PARTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL HARBOUR OUTDOOR BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SUCH AS LOSS OR INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, WHETHER INDIRECT OR DIRECT, AND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT. IN NO EVENT SHALL TECNO FURNITURE’S RESPONSIBILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS REPLACEMENT.
