RETURNS: Harbour Outdoor wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will allow return of product within 7 days of delivery. Returnable merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with original packaging material and original tagging attached. Refunds will be credited in the same form of payment paid. If merchandise is paid with cash or by check a corporate check will be mailed within 30 business days. All refunds or exchanges for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
PAYMENT: In-stock and floor merchandise shall be paid in full at the time of purchase. For all other orders, a fifty percent (50%) minimum deposit is required at the time of purchase. The balance must be paid in full before scheduling pick up or delivery of merchandise. Pick up or delivery of product must be concluded within ten (10) business days, otherwise additional storage fees will be applied to final invoice thereafter. Additional storage fees may result in up to $50 per day. The customer agrees to pay all expenses incurred by Harbour Outdoor in collecting the balance of the purchase price. Any order that exceeds a 90-day period is subject to forfeit. Whereby all deposits made and merchandise listed on the order is subject to cancellation at the customer’s expense.
CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: No returns, refunds, or exchanges on ANY Custom/Special ordered items will be accepted. Customer has 24 hours from the time the order was placed to cancel without penalty. Thereafter, orders will be placed into production and any cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit. Lead times are based on commercial conditions, supplier lead times, supplier related issues and current commitments from suppliers. Due to factors beyond our control regarding backorders, general production, freight delays, adverse weather etc., we cannot and do not guarantee lead times. Orders may not be cancelled and deposits shall not be refunded due to extended lead times or late deliveries.
AS-IS, FLOOR MODELS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS: Items sold in this category are sold on a “Final Sale” basis. Returns and exchanges for “AS- IS”, “Floor Model” or “Clearance” product will not be accepted under any circumstance.
FURNITURE DELIVERY: Harbour Outdoor can facilitate a third party delivery service that is completely unaffiliated with Harbour Outdoor. Harbour Outdoor will act only as a facilitator between the purchaser and the delivery service but has no liability with respect to the delivery service provider. Delivery charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise, purchaser is responsible for transportation cost. If customer requires a return pick up, the standard delivery fee will apply. Refused deliveries are also subject to return freight. Customer must sign a proof of delivery. Customer must make sure that all goods have been inspected prior to signing. Should any merchandise be damaged, it must be noted on the proof of delivery document. Once proof of delivery document has been signed stating the merchandise is in good condition; no repairs, replacements, exchanges or returns of any kind will be accepted if the customer finds a fault thereafter.
TAX EXEMPTION: All customers who are exempt from tax must send through their reseller’s certificate relative to their state of business with each order to have sales tax removed.
CLAIMS: In the case of visible damages to the packaging upon delivery, a client must inspect the product and note any damages on the transport company’s delivery receipt. In the case of non-visible damages, the client needs to report and send pictures of the damages to Harbour Outdoor no later than 48 hours after the receipt of the goods in order for us to process a claim.
WARRANTY: Harbour Outdoor’s warranty varies on our different products and materials used. Please address all detailed warranty questions with your relevant salesperson or on our company website.
Harbour Outdoor is not responsible for any misuse of our product that may result in injury or worse on any property and/or persons.
By agreeing to the terms, you are confirming that all pricing, finishes, colors, types and amount of items is correct. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that everything in your quotation matches your desired request before you confirm this order.
