TABLES 

Q: Why only 3 x sizes ?
A: Sizes have been carefully selected to accommodate most seating needs 

Dining table 1000 x 1000 seats 4
Dining table 2000 x 1000 seats 6 – 8
Dining table 2600 x 1000 seats 8 – 12 

Suggestion for even larger tables would be to use 2 x tables, butted together when needed.
Eg: 3000 x 1000 = 1 x 1000 x 1000 and 1 X 2000 X 1000

Q: Are the tables "knock Down"?
A: Yes all Harbour outdoor tables have seamless KD systems and all tables include tools with simple instructions. 

Q: Will the table feet damage my floors? 
A: NO, All our tables and chairs are capped with nylon stoppers this ensures there is no damage to floor surfaces.
STAINLESS STEEL

Q: How strong is Harbour Outdoor S/S? 
A: Harbour mfrs only with 1.8mm wall stainless steel (most outdoor furniture is made with 1 – 1.2 mm wall thickness)

Benefits – Frames are stronger,welds and joins will never break due to 1.8mm gauge S/S. This results in longer lasting heavier product. 

Q: How is the s/s finished ?
A: All stainless steel is hand brush polished, giving the stainless a sophisticated natural look. 

Q: Does s/s rust? 
A: NO, yet it can "T-Stain" which is a normal reaction which occurs when the section is not regularly cleaned. It is easily removable with cleaners 

Q: How do I clean the S/S ?
A: Either wash with mild soap and water or any commercially available stainless cleaner this will keep the stainless steel mark free.
HIGH PRESSURE COMPACT LAMINATE

Q: Is HPCL ok to use outdoors ?
A: YES, it was originally designed for outdoor cladding on bulidings and is 100% UV resistant and is resistant to heat and snow.

Q: What are the properties
A: This type of laminate consists of several layers of resin impregnated kraft paper, laminated under high pressure at controlled temperatures. Decorative overlays are applied to both faces, resulting in a complete solid and bonded structure.

Q: Is it environmentally friendly? 
A: YES, it is “EO rated” giving zero formaldehyde emissions, and completely non – toxic.

Q: What Colors are available?
A: White & Charcoal.

Q: How can I keep it clean ? 
A: Simply clean the surface with warm soapy water and rinse.
ALUMINUM

Q: How strong is Aluminum ?
A: Harbour Outdoor manufactures all tables with 3.0mm wall (most aluminum outdoor furniture is 1.5mm) Harbour's generous 3.0mm gauge wall allows for a heavier product,that has a stronger structure, which wont blow away in the wind. 

Q: Why Aluminum ?
A: Lighter than S/S and rust resistant. Perfect for any outdoor use, particularly in exposed coastal locations. 

Q: Does the paint chip ?
A: Paint is applied for a perfect finish. With correct care your powder coated aluminium frames should give many years of carefree use.

Q: How can I keep it clean ?
A: Simply clean the surface with warm soapy water and rinse.
TEAK

Benefits: A dense close grained hardwood with high natural oil content – this makes teak extremely resistant to harsh climatic elements.

Q: Will it change colour ? 
A: Yes a natural colour change will occur with all timbers due to aging and weathering. If left to age naturally with minimal care, the teak surface will gradually change to a soft silver-grey colour creating an individual style and colour. 

Q: How can I maintain my teak table ? 
A: Teak is treated with a protection solution – this is a formulation of natural oils with UV filters binders and mildew retardants. Depending on exposure we recommend a light wash and sanding and application of protection solution to maintain the surface. (available from Harbour Outdoor).
GLASS

Q: Is this durable for outdoor use ?
A: Harbour only uses toughened/tempered glass on all its table surfaces. This glass if broken will not break in large shards, but rather in very small pieces unlikely to cause any harm to humans. 

Q: Will the glass scratch? 
A: Even toughened glass can scratch if correct care is not taken – suggest place mats used when eating. 

Q: How will I clean it ? 
A: Any commercially available glass cleaner will keep your glass surface in good condtion
BATYLINE MESH

Q:How is batyline different
A: Batyline is a European fabric made in France, unlike others it consists of a polyester fibre covered by a coating of PVC, nearly impossible to tear.

Q: Will it fade? 
A: Due to its composition batyline is highly resistant to UV radiation and fading

Q: Will it sag ?
A: Batyline has amazing properties, sagging is minimal as it has a “memory” – it will slowly regain its shape – especially when laced out in the sun.

Q: Will it rot ? 
A: As it is 100% synthetic it is resistant to rot and mildew

Q: How will I clean it ? – Simply was mesh with a mild natural A: Soap (liquid dish detergent) using a soft bristle brush. Rinse and dry with a cloth. 

Q: Does the mesh have a warranty ?
A: YES, 2 year limited warranty.
